How many days do I have to return my item?
We understand that there are circumstances that you need to return the product. As such, you can return any item ordered free of charge, within 14 days of delivery. The 14-day window starts on the day you effectively receive the item at your delivery location.

Do I need to cover the return shipping cost?
We will cover the shipping cost if there's any quality problem or the item is arrived damaged. If you only regret the purchase or it's under other circumstances which are out of our responsibility, you will have to cover the shipping of the return.
